We are Fred and Linda Stolte, a husband and wife team that enjoy creating and working with a variety of artistic endeavors. We previously owned and operated The Art Shoppe, Inc., a retail business establishment located in Jefferson City (Capitol of) Missouri.  For 18 years, we served our community, and the surrounding area, in the field of Visual Fine Arts, Commissioned Art and Custom Picture Framing. Due to unexpected physical health problems,  we have had to leave the retail business but, our love of art continues to spur us on in new directions. We now hope to provide a more personal level of art through our freelance original paintings, portraits and computer generated arts/graphics.

(Fred) - Most at home with paints, brushes and easel, the preference is Portraiture and Painting in Oil on Canvas, although occasionally working in other mediums and occasionally dabbling into the world of computer generated art.

(Linda) -  Most at home with computer, graphics pad and pen, although the background is in Oil and Watercolor, the pursuit of computer generated art and graphics has become the preference. 2D and 3D software are both used to achieve the desired results but the majority of artwork is done by hand in Photoshop.

Although we each have our favorite areas of artistic interest, we often work on projects together as a team, by collaborating between those areas and utilizing our individual abilities to reach the ultimate goal.
